The philosophy of our house

Our hotel is a third generation family business . This argues for our experience in the exposure to all our guests. Unusual for the hotel- and catering trade is our large number of long lasting employees. Our long dated ambition is the continuous increase of quality in order to become a 4-star hotel. At present we belong to the exalted 3-star domain. With the opening of our "Swabian" taverns in the listed farmhouse as well as the complete conversion of our restaurant in 2005, we are improving and expanding our target-orientated proposals.

Protection of our environment as well as responsible handling with our natural resources is close to our heart. Wherever it might strike us being possible, we try to reduce needless consumption. Waste separation and the active protection of our environment are a matter of course for us. To conserve and protect the earth in the present and the future.

A high quality standard and its saving are also conditions of our long lasting, successful existence. We willingly order our products from regional suppliers. Even resident farmers furnish us with their fresh products. For us and our guests, only top-quality at a fair price. And it has always been like this.
